Pair of transformative Georgian residential developments, backed by global players, to move forward with local guidance.
Cushman & Wakefield's Veritas arm in Georgia has been tapped for services by two of the country's biggest projects. Eagle Hills is partnering Veritas for comprehensive market research services to support the Emerati firm's grand development plans for the country, and Tonino Lamborghini's branded tower in coastal city Batumi is also receiving support of the local C&W franchise.
Eagle Hills, a fast-expanding developer from the United Arab Emirates which specializes in emerging markets residential real estate, has opened a sales office across from the parliament building in Tbilisi, and committed earlier this year to a $6.5 billion outlay that will represent one of the largest property investments in the country's post-Soviet history.
In Bologna this October, Tonino Lamborgini likewise announced its intention to work with Georgia's FK Development on a condominium tower perched on Batumi Island, a mega-site on the Black Sea, with Veritas confirming its feasibility.
