Archipelago beckons significant EM buyers and developers, as one project is going big with its brand partner.
Property developer NEXT Georgia has announced a new project in Zanzibar, following a hot trend of global real estate capital flocking to the Tanzanian coast of the Indian Ocean, and will partner leading creative consultants Brash on the buildout.
NEXT has completed or begun development on a number of projects beyond the Caucasus, including in Europe, the Gulf, and in neighboring Kenya; however it has made the 'placemaking' element an extra priority for the Zanzibar project.
Brash has worked on some of the GCC's biggest towers, and has also partnered with Gulf developers branching out beyond Arabia - a likely reflection of the target investor segments and geography in play for the project.
